Ham sabhi jante hai ki Exercise hamare liye kitni zaruri hai lekin phir bhi bahot kam hi log apne busy schedule me se exercise ke liye time nikal paate hai.

Lekin kya aap jante hai Research se pata chalta hai ki agar ek adult age 40 se 85 year ka insaan agar har roz 10 min. Ki Exercise karta hai toh ek saal me 110,000 death kam ho sakti hai.

Regular Exercise Body ke har Organ ko benefit pahochati hai. Ye blood pressure ko kam karti hai. Sugar aur Cholestrol level ko control karti hai. Exercise karne se apki sleep achhi hoti hai. Exercise apke mood ko Achha banae rakhti hai. Exercise se apke hamesha fresh feel hota hai.

jab ham 30 ki age me pahochte hai toh hame Sarcopenia means age related muscle loss ka ehsaas hone lagta hai.

Agar ham daily active rahte hai toh hame kam muscle loss feel hota hai. Lekin agar ham Inactive rahte hai toh ham 3 se 5 percent muscle loss hota hai. Healthy body maintain rakhne ke liye healthy muscle loss hi hona chahiye .

Exercise apki body ko Blood sugar aur insulin level ko kam rakhne me help karti hai. Aur Insulin ko kaam karne me madad karti hai. Jisse apko metabolic syndrome aur type 2 Diabetes jaisi bimariyo ka risk kam rahta hai.

Exercise apko smoking jaisi buri adato ko chorne me bhi madad karti hai.

Exercise apki bones aur muscles ko strong banati hai. Aur kai type ke cancer ke risk ko bhi kam karti hai.
