Zyadatar log regular 6 se 7 ghante baith kar kaam karte hai.aur Backpain se pareshan rahte hai. kyuki zyada baithne se pet ke nichle hisse me dard , kandhe aur gardan me khichaao, pairo me bharipan aur indigestion jaisi pareshaniya ho jati hai.

kaam karte waqt agar aap bhi in tamaam pareshaniyo ko nazar andaaz kar rahi hai to aap badi musibat ko dawat de rahi hai. jisse bacha ja sakta hai. islie kuch baato par dhyan dena zaruri hai. 

Pet ke nichle hisse me dard – 

female me pet ke nichle hisse me dard kai wajah se ho sakta hai. lekin agar routine me lambe time tak baith kar kaam karna shamil hai toh ye dard ki ek wajah ho sakta hai. der tak baithe rahne se pet ke nichle hisse me dabaav banta hai , jisse dard hota hai. kaam karte hue ek se dedh ghante ke beech me thoda tahel le. isse digestion accha hoga aur pet ke nichle hisse ke dard se rahat milegi. 

Kamar me dard – 

Body ke baaki parts ke comparison me kamar ya back bone me sabse kam ghumao hota hai. agar ise lacheela na rkkha jae toh kamar me akdan aur dard bana reh sakta hai. zyada der tak baithe rahne se kamar ek hi tarah se bani rahti hai jisse wo akad jati hai. aise me kisi cheez ko uthane ke lie turant na jhuke. agar ghar me baith kar kaam kar rahe hai toh kamar ke peeche takiya laga le. office ke table aur chair bhi apni height aur weight ke hisaab se choose kare.

Metabolism – 

Zyada der tak baithna seedhe taor par motape ko dawat dena hai .body ke zyada active na hone ki wajah se zarurat se zyada calorie body me jamne lagti hai. jabki ghumne ya tahelne se calorie ko burn kiya ja sakta hai. baith kar kaam karne ke sath hi agar khane ki adat bhi healthy nahi hai toh aise situation  me khana digest karne ke lie body ko double kaam karna padta hai. jisse indigetion ho sakta hai. zaruri hai ki kaam ke time bhi pairo ko seedha karne ya beech beech me kuch kadam chalne ki adat daale.

Varicose veins – 

Kaam karne ki chair aur laptop ke beech agar footrest nahi rakkha hai toh ye varicose veins ki wajah ban sakta hai. isme pair ki choti capillary naso me khoon ka thakka jamne lagta hai. kai baar lambi doori ka hawai safar karne par bhi varicose veins ki pareshani ho jati hai. dekhne par pairo par neele nishaan ho jate hai. jabki shuruwat me dard ka anubhav nahi hota. baad me ye sujan ke sath badhta hai. muscles ki exercise isme aram deti hai.

Kandhe aur gardan me dard – 

Laptop, key-board aur chair ke beech ka distance agar sahi nahi hai toh isse kandhe aur gardan ki bimari spondylitis ho sakti hai. chair se laptop 90 degree par hona chahiye . sahi situation na hone par kaam karne ke time thakan jaldi pata chalti hai. har 15 minute me gardan aur kandho dono ko aram dena chahiye.

Tail bone pain – 

Zyada der tak baith kar aap baki body parts ko move kara sakte hai lekin back bone ke nichle hisse aur hip se joint hone wali tail bone dabaav padne ki wajah se akad jati hai. agar zyada der tak kaam karne ki wajah se tail bone me pain rahne laga hai toh physiotherapist ke paas zarur jaae.
