Coconut oil aur anda dega nutrition –

Balo ki khubsurti ke lie protein behad zaruri hai.isse na kewal balo ko nutrition milta hai balkil maosam ki maar se bhi baalo ka bachav hota hai. Balo ko nutrition dene k lie ande ke yellow part yani zardi aur nariyal tel ka regular use kare.isse baal strong honge aur balo ka texture bhi achha hoga.

  • Ande ko todkar iske yellow part ko alag kar le aur usme ek chammach nariyal ka tel milae.
  • Isme adha cup pani milakar achhe se mix kr le.
  • Is mixture ko apne baalo me upar se neeche ki taraf achhe se lagae aur malish kare.
  • Ise 10 minute tk lga rahne de phir shampoo kar le.

Dahi ,Orange aur coconut milk ka jaadu – 

Orange yani santre me vitamin c bharpur matra me hota hai. Iske regular use se hair fall toh kam hota hi hai balki isse baal badhte bhi jaldi hai. Coconut milk se balo ko achha nutrition milta hai.isme vitamin e k sath sath healthy fast hote hai jo baalo ko khubsurti se badhate hai. Dahi se bhi balo ko nutrition milta hai aur dandruff se bhi chutkaara milta hai. 

  • Ek cup dahi me ek chaothai cup orange juice ,4 chote chammach lemon ka ras aur ande ka safed hissa daale.
  • Paste bnane ke lie sabhi chezo ko mixer me blend kar le.peesne se pahle isme adha cup coconut milk milae.
  • Is paste ko upar se neeche tak baalo me achhi tarah se lgae. Ise adhe ghante tk lga rahne de phir thande pani se dhokar shampoo kar le.

Pudeena aur chae ka kamal – 

Chahe aap mane ya na maane par ye sach hai ki chae ki pattiyon me kuch aise nutrition aur vitamins hote hai jo apke baalo ko mazboot aur chamakdaar bana sakte hai. Pudeene ki pattiyon ki thandak apke sir ki skin ko tazgi deti hai sath hi garmi se hone wale nuksaan se bhi bachati hai.

  • Pudeene ki mutthi bhar patti lekar ise achhi tarah se dho le.ab pattiyo ko chote chote tukdo me kaat le.  Ise chote chote tukdo me kaat le aur pani me daalkar 5 min. Tak boil kare.  Chaankar thanda hone ke lie rakh de.
  • Pan me ek cup paani le .isme do bade chammach chae ki patti daalkar  5-6 min tk achhi trh se ubale  .ise bhi chankar thanda hone ke lie rakh de.
  • Thanda hone par pudeene ki patti aur chae ki patti ke ghol ko ek sath milakar apne sir par lagakar 10 min k lie chhod de . Gungune pani se baal dhone ke baad balo me achhi trh se shampoo kar le. Baal mulayam aur chamakdar ban jaenge.

Til ka tel aur Aloevera gel

Aloevera gel na sirf skin ki sehat ke lie balki baalo ki sehat ke lie bhi useful hai. Ye baalo ko soft karne ke alawa unhe nami aur nutrition bhi deta hai . Do bade chammach til ke tel me do bada chammach Aloevera gel daalkar achhi tarah se milae. Isme ek chammach olive oil aur ek cup dahi daalkar achhe se mix kar le  ab is pack ko baalo me achhi tarah se lagae .5 se 10 min lgane ke baad balo ko achhe se wash kar le.
