paav bhaji masala – 1 chammach
heeng – chutki bhar
namak – 1 chammach
butter – 2 chammach
Recipe – ande ko ek bartan me phode aur achhi tarah se phet le. ek pan me tel garam kare aur usme zeera, pyaaz, heeng, mirch, kari patta, shimla mirch aur adrak daale. achhi tarah se bhune. ab pan me tamatar daale aur 2 min. tak bhoon le . pan me ek chammach butter, paav bhaji masala, laal mirch powder, haldi powder aur namak daale. last me pheta hua anda daale aur lagatar chalate rahe. sabse last me ek chammach butter dale . dhaniya patti se sajae . bread k sath serve kare.

tezpatta – 1
kali mirch – 1/2 chammach
daalcheni – 1 tukda
laong – 4
adrak lahsun ka paste – 1 chammach
pulav masala – 1 chammach
oil – 2 chammach
namak – 2 chamach
 
Recipe – chawal ko 10  min k lie paani me bhigo kar rakh de. char ando ko boil karke chilka utar kar rakh le. kadahi me tel garam kare aur usme saare khade masale daal de. kuch time baad usme pyaaz hari mirch, aur adrak lahsun ka paste daal kr bhoon le. ab do ando ko kadahi me phhod de aur ande ki bhurji bana le. chawal ko paani se nikalkar kadahi me daal de. ek minute bhunne k baad namak daale, ab uble hue ande aur 4 cup paani kadahi me daale. kadhai ko dhakkar chawal ko adha paka le. ab pulav masala  daal lar mila le phir dobara kadhahi ko dhakkar chawal ko pura paka le. dhaniya patti se garnish krke serve kare.
