Bachho ka bimar hona ek aam baat hai. inme sardi zukaam aur fever hona toh aur bhi aam baat hai. jaise hi season change hota hai bachho me sardi zukam fever ki pareshani aam ho jati hai .

Zyada bimar padne se bachhe ke parents bhi bahot pareshaan ho jate hai. islie kuch habbits aisi hai jinhe aapko apne bachho ko zarur sikhana chahiye. in choti choti adato se aap apne bachho ko kai bimariyo se bacha sakte hai.

Isse bachho ki immunity bhi stronge hogi . iske lie apko bhi apne andar kuch habbits dalni hongi. aiye jante hai kuch healthy habbits –

1 – Healthy Khane ki Aadat – 

Aajkal ke bachhe bahot zyada junk food khane lage hai. aajkal ke bachho ko Pizza, burger to pata hai lekin dry fruits aur fruits se inka koi lena dena nahi hai. healthy cheze toh aajkal ke bachho ko pasand hi nahi aati hai.

Bachho me is adat ko change karne ke lie zaruri hai ki dining table par fruits aur dry fruits har haal me rakkhe hona chahiye . aur inhe aap khud bhi bachho ke samne khaae , jisse unka bhi inhe khane ka dil kare. dry fruits khane se bachhe junk food se bache rahenge aur unki immunity strong hogi jisse wo kam bimar padenge.

2 – Pani pine ke Rules – 

Garmiyo me zyadatar parents ki shikayat hoti hai ki unke bachhe ko dehydration ho gya hai. islie bachho ko hydrate rakhna zaruri hai. subah uth te hi bachhe ko paani zarur pilae aur khud bhi piye. bachhe jo dekhte unka wahi karne ka dil karta hai. bachho ko time se dinbhar pani zarur pilate rahe. isse unki body detox hogi aur wo bimariyo se bache rahenge.

3 – Physical Exercise  –

Bachho ke lie physical activity karna bahot zaruri hai . aajkal bachhe video game , tv aur mobile phone ki wajah se bahar khelne nhi jate hai jisse unki physical activity bilkul nahi ho pati hai.

Physical activity na karne ki wajah se bachhe mote hone lagte hai aur motapa badhne ki wajah se unki body me tamaam tarah ki bimariya banne lagti hai. islie bachho ko physicaly active banaiye aur ghar me bhi yog aur exercise karne ki adat dalwaiye.

4 – T.V se rakkhe door – 

Body ke development ke lie achhi neend bahot zaruri hai. khaskar bachho ki badhti age ke lie achhi growth behad zaruri hai. aajkal bachhe der tak raat me jagte hai aur subah der me so kar uth te hai. 

  T.v me kuch bhi dekhne ki wajah se unpar kharab asar bhi padta hai. islie zaruri hai ki tv dekhne ka ek fix time aur rule banae. khud apne lie bhi kuch rules banae aur unko follow kare. bachho ko story time de. rat me story padh kar sone ki adat daale. isse unko achhi neend aegi aur wo jaldi bhi soenge.

5 – Mobile Phone se doori hi achhi – 

Aajkal bachhe bina phone dekhe khana bhi nahi khate hai. lekin iske lie parents hi zimmedar hote hai. wo khud bhi khane ke time phone use karte rahte hai.

Ek research ke according Mobile phone pe toilet seat se 10 guna zyada bacteria hote hai. aise me mobile ko khane ke sath use karna matlab bacteria ko dawat dena hai. islie khane ke time par mobile phone ke use se bache.
