kisi bhi healthy diet ke sath aap ke diet me fruits, vegetables, whole grain, protien aur healthy fat zarur hona chahiye. iske alawa apne khane ko natural aur unprocessed roop me lene ki koshish kare.

  1. Dibbe wale fruit juice ki jagah fresh fruits ka juice le.
  2.  Starch wale vegetables jaise- potato, makka aur matar kam khae aur bina starch wali sabziya jaise – Brokli , palak , aur gajar zyada le.
  3. Bread , pasta, safed chawal ki jagah multi grain bread , whole wheat pasta, brown rice ko diet me shamil kare.
  4.  Sugar aur gas wali drinks jaise soda ki jagah pani. fresh fruit juice, bina sugar ka nembu pani, ya thandi chae piye.
  5. Cake , biscuit, aalu chips, jaise snaks ki jagah high fibre wale snaks – chana, mungphali, pista, ,ots, banana chips aur whole wheat ke biscuit khae.

PCOS ko control karne ke lie kare Exercise

pcos ke patient ke lie exercise bahot zaruri hoti hai. exercise  insulin ka level ko neeche lati hai . weight loss karne me madad karti hai. dil ki sehat ke lie bhi exercise bahot zaruri hai . aur aapke mood ko fresh banae rakhti hai. khane ke baad insulin kam karne me exercise bahot help karti hai. islie regularly walk karne ki koshish kare. iske sath hi week me kam se kam 5 din tak 60 minute tak exercise karne ki koshish kare.

5 % weight hoti h PCOS ki wajah

PCOS ki wajah se females me hormones level bigad jata hai. lekin ye dekha gya hai ki sirf 5 % weight kam karne se bhi is bimari se pareshan females me hormones level sahi ho sakta hai aur insulin sensitivity badh sakti hai. islie aisi females ko diet aur exercise par dhyan dena chahiye.
