Kahte hai ki Healthy Stomach yani pet me patthar bhi hazam ho jata hai . lekin ye bhi sach hai ki zyadatar bimariyan pet me gadbadi ki wajah se hi paida hoti hai.

Body ko healthy rakhne ke lie pet ko sehatmand rakhna behad zaruri hai. stomach hi hamari body ka engine hota hai. jo khae gae food ko digest kar ke body ko energy deta hai. agar hamari body ka digestive system theek hai toh hmari puri body healthy rahegi varna hmari body bimariyo ka ghar ban jaegi. kharab digestive system yani body ki immunity par direct attack , kyuki body ka do tihai immune system hamare pet me hi hota hai.

Stomach me gadbadi ke symptoms –

Stomach ya pet me choti moti pareshani kai bar hame pata nahi chalti . ham jan kar kuch symptoms ko nazar andaaz kar dete hai. isi wajah se dhere dhere ye gadbadi badi ho jati hai aur bimari ban jati hai. islie hame kuch symptoms ki kabhi andekhi nahi karni chahiye. jaise – loose motion , pet phulna, weight loss ya weight gain hona , neend na aana , body me khujli hona, rashes ya spot padna. zarurat se zyada junk food ya processed food aur anti biotics aur alcohal ya tobacco ,lena  hamare body ko  kharab karta hai. der rat tak jagna aur puri neend na lena bhi pet me pareshaniya paida karta hai. 

Kam khae lekin achha khae – 

Ayurved ke hisaab se bhookh se thoda kam hi khana , khana chahiye . jisse digestive system ko food ko digest karne ke lie zyada mehnat na karni pade. isse apko puri energy milegi , pet saaf aur healthy rahega aur immune system bhi strong rahega. apne food me good bacteria badhane wale item jaise – reshedar fruits, daale, hari sabziya, zyada quantity me le. iske alawa food me fruits aur vegetables ka juice , aur kuch dry fruits shamil kare. immunity badhane ke lie pre-biotic ya probiotic supplements bhi liye ja sakte hai. 

Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner –

Stomach se hi sari pareshaniyo ki shuruwat hoti hai. aise me pet ko healthy rakhne ke lie subah 9 baje tak heavy breakfast kar le. dopaher 1 baje tak lunch me normal food jaise – daal, chawal, roti, sabzi, salad aur dahi le. raat me 8 baje tak dinner kar le. khana khane ke adhe ghante baad hi pani piye. gunguna pani piye toh zyada achha hai . iske alawa raat me khana khane ke baad kuch der zarur walk kare. din me 10 se 12 glass pani zarur piye. fast food se bache. hari sabziya zyada khae . sabziya kaat  ne se pahle achhe se dho le. 

puri neend lena hai zaruri –

stress se bachne ke lie lifestyle me exercise, yoga, meditation ko shamil kare. coffee aur chae bhi kam le toh achha hai. isse stress kam karne me help milti hai. healthy body ke lie neend puri hona bhi zaruri hai. kyuki jab ham so rahe hote hai tab body healing process par hoti hai. kam se kam 7 se 8 ghante ki neend zarur le. aur pet ki choti pareshani ko bhi nazar andaaz na kare.
